If your login details are no-longer working this most likely means the details you are using are not valid. Whatever the cause of this the best course of action is to reset your password.
- Go to your normal login URL, making sure you are on the Live site and not the Staging site as this may give unexpected behaviour.
- Click the Lost your password link
- Now check the email registered to your login for a reset email. It may get caught in your spam filter so please be sure to check there.
- Click the link in the email to set a new password.
- Ensure your new password is secure and you save it securely. We recommend you use a password generator tool.
