If your login details are no-longer working this most likely means the details you are using are not valid. Whatever the cause of this the best course of action is to reset your password.

  1. Go to your normal login URL, making sure you are on the Live site and not the Staging site as this may give unexpected behaviour.

  2. Click the Lost your password link 



  3. Now check the email registered to your login for a reset email. It may get caught in your spam filter so please be sure to check there.

  4. Click the link in the email to set a new password.

  5. Ensure your new password is secure and you save it securely. We recommend you use a password generator tool.
